A born-and-bred New Yorker, Robert Pucciariello has always been fascinated with how real estate impacts, develops, and shapes this city. The beauty of New York’s skyline and the integration of buildings across neighborhoods is unlike any other American city.
After graduating from Williams College with a degree in classical architecture, Robert ran a foreign exchange trading desk for the British hedge fund Man Group for most of his 15-year career on Wall Street. After retiring from capital markets, he founded the biotech company Evolved Nanomaterial Sciences based in Cambridge, Massachusetts, raising $6 million in private equity financing.
Upon returning to New York City in 2008, Robert partnered with the Sydney-based digital marketing agency eBrands and set up their New York office, immersing himself in SEO, paid search, and website optimization for several NYC-based companies. In 2013, he started a high-end clothing company with his wife, Maria, leading the creative development of their collection. Their company, Gramercy Atelier, creates bespoke outfits for special occasions in New York’s design district.
