"I first worked with Parker to find an NYC studio apartment last minute as I had two weeks left before I had to be in the city for work. Parker was very helpful and was able to arrange video tours, as well as help screen a number of properties that fit my needs. After deciding on one, he helped negotiate the terms and was able to get me my preferred move-in date and some fixes to the unit that he noticed looked off. I then used Parker a second time when I needed to arrange for a lease takeover. Although my landlord was not very responsive, Parker was able to find me a new tenant and arrange all the paperwork and negotiations required to make the lease takeover a success. I would definitely use Parker again if I was still living in the city."
